Dr Ankia Coetzee- Chairperson Society for Endocrinology, Metabolism and Diabetes South Africa (SEDSA) and Senior Faculty at Stellenbosch Medical School. Dr Cortzee talk about the strong linkages between diabetes and Covid-19 and the challenges posed by under-dignosis of diabetes in African countries. She offers some great advice on how to improve survival management of hyperglycemia in the Covid-19 context.
